14 Day Business Visa
E-visa • Single Entry
If you hold a Ukrainian passport, start with one fact: current UAE entry lists show visa-free access for short visits. You do not need a paid visa for every trip. But if you plan a longer stay, want multiple entries, or prefer to have entry approval arranged before you fly, you can apply for a Dubai visa online and compare the options on this page.
This guide separates three situations that people often mix up: Ukrainian citizens living in Ukraine, people living in Ukraine on another passport, and Ukrainians living in other countries. It then covers visa types, documents, fees, processing time, validity, status checks and common problems.
If you searched for a Ukrainian passport holders Dubai visa guide, the answer is in the next section.
Not for every trip. UAE visa-exemption lists place Ukraine among the nationalities that may enter for up to 30 days without a visa arranged in advance. A UAE entry-rules roundup published in June 2026 still lists Ukraine in this group.
Entry is still decided by the immigration officer at the port of entry. Dubai entry requirements for Ukrainian citizens can change, so confirm the latest position with the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) or your airline before you travel.
Here is what visa-free entry means in practice:
Because of this, we do not suggest buying a pre-arranged visa only because you hold a Ukrainian passport. Buy one when it fits your travel plans.
Three practical examples show how this works. A Ukrainian citizen living in Kyiv, planning ten days in Dubai, can check visa-free entry first. A Ukrainian citizen living abroad, planning a 45-day family visit, would compare the 60-day options. A foreign student living in Lviv should look up the rules for their own passport before doing anything else.
Some Ukrainian travelers still choose to arrange a visa before departure. Common reasons include:
If you plan a one-week holiday and your documents are in order, visa-free entry may already cover you. Compare your dates with the options below, and read our guide to Dubai visa types to see how the categories differ.
Here is a quick comparison to help you decide.
| Visa-free entry | Pre-arranged visa | |
|---|---|---|
| Permitted stay | Up to 30 days, per current lists | Depends on category: 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, or transit hours |
| Cost | No visa fee listed for eligible nationalities | Listed per person; see the fees section below |
| Entry approval | Decided by the officer on arrival | Application reviewed by UAE immigration before travel |
| Multiple entries | Rules depend on current conditions | Available in multiple-entry categories |
| Extension | Possible for some visitors, not automatic | Depends on the category listed |
| Best for | Short, simple trips with valid documents | Longer stays, repeat entries or advance planning |
UAE visitor rules can change. Before you pay, read about current Dubai tourist visa rules and confirm that the category you want still fits your trip.
UAE entry rules follow the passport you travel on, not the country where you live. This matters because several searches overlap. There are three common cases.
So Dubai visa requirements for Ukraine residents have no single answer. They depend on citizenship. When people search for a Dubai visa for Ukrainian residents, they usually mean Ukrainian citizens at home or abroad. If you hold another passport, the visa-free information above does not apply to you.
Our visa search tool reflects this difference. It asks which passport you hold ("I am a citizen of") and where you live ("I am living in"). Choose both carefully.
Requirements come in two layers. It helps to keep them apart.
UAE entry requirements are set by UAE authorities. They cover your passport, your purpose of visit and what border officers or airlines may ask for. We do not present unverified items as government rules. Check official channels for the final word.
Service application requirements are the items our application page asks for when you request a pre-arranged visa. They help us prepare and submit your application. They are not a government checklist.
The live application page for our service lists these items:
A few Ukraine-specific points are worth checking before you start:
Do not cover passport details with a finger, paper or any object in your scan. Make sure the spelling matches your flight ticket.
The live product page for Ukrainian passport holders lists tourist, transit, business and extension categories. Prices below are "starting from" figures per person. A Dubai tourist visa from Ukraine comes in single-entry and multiple-entry versions. Single entry covers one entry. Multiple entry allows more than one entry within the visa's terms.
This option is listed as single entry from $143 and multiple entry from $450. Both show a 30-day permitted stay, a 60-day entry window and an estimated 3–4 days of processing. The page lists both as extendable by up to 30 days.
Single entry suits one trip. Multiple entry suits travelers who expect to leave and return, for example on a side trip to another country. If your whole trip fits inside 30 days, compare the cost with visa-free entry before you choose.
The 60-day single-entry option is listed from $421. The multiple-entry option is listed from $700. Both show a 60-day stay, a 60-day entry window and an estimated 3–4 days of processing. The single-entry listing allows an extension of up to two weeks. The multiple-entry listing is not extendable.
This is the main option for Ukrainian travelers who want to stay longer than the 30-day visa-free period.
Ask yourself three questions before you choose:
The page also lists a 7-day short visit from $125, a 90-day leisure visa from $850, a 14-day business visa from $138, and 48-hour and 96-hour transit visas from $121 and $137. A business visa does not give you permission to work. A two-year freelancer category also appears, with separate requirements and a longer estimate, so it falls outside this tourist guide.
The process is online, so your city in Ukraine does not change the steps. Applicants in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipro and elsewhere follow the same route. For a shorter overview, see our guide to a Dubai visa in three easy steps.
Apply once your dates are firm. A visa has an entry window, and you must use it within the validity shown for your category.
Fees depend on the visa category, stay length, entry type and processing option. The Dubai visa cost from Ukraine therefore differs by product. Our product page states that its prices include UAE government charges plus the service fee. It does not publish a separate breakdown, so we do not show one here.
A Dubai visa price for Ukrainian citizens is listed in US dollars per person. The table keeps those USD prices unchanged from the live product page. The AED column uses the dirham's fixed rate of about 3.6725 per US dollar. The hryvnia column uses about 44.8 per US dollar, based on the National Bank of Ukraine's official rate in early October 2026.
| Visa Type | Price (USD) | Price (AED) | Price (Ukrainian Hryvnia, UAH) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 Day Short, single entry | $125 | AED 459 | UAH 5,604 |
| 14 Day Business, single entry | $138 | AED 507 | UAH 6,187 |
| 30 Day Single Entry | $143 | AED 525 | UAH 6,411 |
| 30 Day Multiple Entry | $450 | AED 1,653 | UAH 20,175 |
| 60 Day Single Entry | $421 | AED 1,546 | UAH 18,875 |
| 60 Day Multiple Entry | $700 | AED 2,571 | UAH 31,383 |
| 90 Day Leisure, single entry | $850 | AED 3,122 | UAH 38,108 |
| 48 Hour Transit | $121 | AED 444 | UAH 5,425 |
| 96 Hour Transit | $137 | AED 503 | UAH 6,142 |
The prices shown above are approximate and may vary depending on the visa type, nationality, processing time, and other applicable factors. The final fee will be confirmed at the time of application.
Exchange rates move daily, and your bank may add its own conversion charges. For a wider explanation of what affects cost, read our guide to Dubai visa fees.
The product page shows estimated processing times. They are estimates, not promises.
Actual timing can change with document quality, application volume and other factors. A blurry passport scan or a name mismatch can slow an application down. Apply early, and do not book non-refundable flights or hotels before you have a decision.
People often mix up four different things. Keep them separate when you compare options.
Visa-free entry works differently. Current lists show up to 30 days for Ukrainian passport holders, counted from your arrival.
Do not overstay. Fines and other consequences apply, and the rules can change. Check the current position with UAE immigration and do not rely on an unofficial grace period.
A UAE visa is only one part of the journey. These points matter for Ukrainian travelers.
Standard processing follows the estimates above. If your dates are close, you can explore express Dubai visa options and check current availability and fees on that page.
Express processing aims to shorten the wait. It does not guarantee approval, and it does not guarantee a result by a specific time. UAE immigration makes the final decision.
First, ask whether you need a visa at all. If visa-free entry covers your trip, express processing is unnecessary. If you do need a pre-arranged visa, apply as early as you can so you have a choice.
After you submit, you can check your Dubai visa status online. Keep your application reference and the passport details used on the form, because the status page asks for the details it needs.
If your application is still pending after the estimated window, contact support. Send your reference and the traveler's name as printed in the passport. Do not submit a duplicate application, as this can create confusion.
When your visa arrives, check every detail against your passport: name, passport number, dates and visa type. Report errors straight away. Do this before you pay for non-refundable travel.
Most delays start with small errors. Watch for these:
Even a complete application can be refused, because UAE immigration makes the decision. Learn about common reasons for visa rejection before you apply.
Be careful with any offer that promises guaranteed approval or asks for payment through unclear channels. No private service can guarantee a UAE visa decision. Use a clear application process, keep your payment receipt and save your application reference.
If your application is rejected, read the reason given and correct any errors. Contact support before you reapply, and check our refund policy for what applies to your case.
Visa-free visitors sometimes ask about longer stays. Some visitors can request an extension, but it is not automatic. Eligibility, cost and timing depend on current rules and your entry category. Read our guide to the visa extension and renewal procedure and plan around a firm return date rather than assuming you can extend.
Transit is different. Our page lists 48-hour and 96-hour transit visas. Whether you need one depends on your nationality, itinerary, airline, airport, layover length and whether you stay airside or enter the country. Check this before you buy. Do not assume a transit visa is needed or allowed because your layover is in Dubai.
Start by checking your entry position. If your Ukrainian passport and a stay of up to 30 days are enough, you may not need a paid visa. If you need a longer stay or multiple entries, compare the 30-day and 60-day options and review the documents list.
When you are ready, start your application and select your citizenship and country of residence. After you submit, track your progress and keep your reference handy. Approval always rests with UAE immigration.
If you are unsure which route fits, write down your travel dates, your passport nationality and your country of residence before you contact support. Those three details answer most questions about eligibility, visa category and price. Travelers who already know their plans can compare the listed options, check the documents, and apply online in a few minutes.
